food was good and hot wasn't expecting the iced Iced Coffee 20oz to be extremely bitter

Prepackaged Ham, Cheddar & Béchamel Cheesy Top Toastie had no filling. Chocolate Milkshake was flavourless and Chai Latte was stone cold despite being ordered extra hot. Baked in Store Apple Danish was ok.
