My order was incomplete. I did not receive the Mac-N-Cheese, I received 1 piece of Fish instead of 2. I also ordered 4 pieces of Chicken Meal; I did not receive the fries. The Fish was exceptional, the Chicken was very tasty and moist, the Rice and Beans were outstanding. I will try ordering again hopefully my order will be complete.

The place charges for ranch sauce$1.50. However wasn't in the box or bag. The bag was staple so not the fault of driver. The 8 pieces were all cold. Dry chicken drums especially because they were very small. No flavor. No onion no garlic no black pepper flavors.

The chicken is always juicy and full of flavor. The chicken is still hot upon arrival. I love the drumsticks and thighs 12 and 18 pieces box. The mashed potatoes and mac n cheese is tasty too. This place has never let me down with their dark meat. I will continue to order from them. If your looking for good tasting chicken eat here you won't be disappointed. Happy Eats🍗

Didnt get the coleslaw. I ordered it was replaced with one scoop of mashed potato and gravy. I ordered a 12 piece chicken only received 1 chicken breast it was tough meat to eat. I ordered a large fpotao wedges it wasn't the usual large fries from Krunchy chicken. It was small and seved in a tray not a container. I was disappointed. That chicken breast tast like it frozen and fried no flavor.

Quality of food has really dropped at this location. The Potato Wedges and Honey Butter Biscuits are not even Krispy Krunchy wedges and biscuits. I received some cold plain steak fries some type of cornbread biscuit type thing with a bunch of honey packets squeezed all over them. A big mess and disappointment. No thanks!
