Wings were hot and crispy, veggies were vibrant and fresh. All boxed properly so that the ranch was still cold on delivery in a hot bag!

My chicken sandwich was undercooked (undercooked to the point that I could not eat it). The Buffalo fries were awesome. Called the store about the sandwich, they apologized and offered me credit on my next order. Overall I was happy with the resolution.

Great wings. The Louisiana Rub is delicious. The sweet iced tea is not good. I am satisfied by the amount of fries that comes with the order.

Food is good but PLEASE staple your bags closed. I don't want to accuse anyone but we received our bag with the sticker loose and two open dishes of fries sitting inside the bag at the top, one of which had less fries in it than the other. The stickers can be peeled off and stuck back on. They don't protect the food. Every restaurant using delivery services should staple the bags closed. It's the only way to actually ensure the food hasnt been tampered with The fries here are fantastic too. I'd order again just for them!

She completely went out of her way. Above and BEYOND! So so sweet so proficient from the time she received my order an kept me updated:) she literally no jok even gave me extra ranches knowing iasked for plenty :) hope i get her agin:)
