My wife picked up our order and asked the employee if the wings, fries, and veggies were in the bag. Of course the employee said yes. We got the wings, veggies, and 2 ketchup packets but no fries. She then tried to call to see if we could get the fries and was put on hold for 20 plus mins, so decided to hang up.

I paid for extra seaso in the fries, and did not rec it. Also the was barley any seasoning on my lemon pepper chicken.
