The bun on both Chicken Sandwich were hard to the point of the bread being inedible. So disappointing but the actual chicken was good

1 ranch for 10 wings and 2 tenders. Wings were barely cooked. Skin was mushy, meat had a chewy gum like consistency. Called store to request the hot honey dry seasoning on wings as ordered in app. Was told "i got you" by associate just to receive wings with no seasoning and a grease filled container so much so that it leaked through the bag.
