Carisma took care to assist me, even though I called twice! I left specific instructions with her as to the preparation of my food and she delivered!! It was pricey for a 24 pc wing pk. 60.00!!! That's a bit much, however the food was hot, fresh and delicious! Thank you Carisma! I saw my little sweet note💜💐

I love the security stickers knowing no one touched my food. The fries were almost uneditable due to being almost burned. but the wings themselves were on point, and huge. I could only eat half of them and 3 fries and I am full!!

The wings are extremely cold, hard and like barely any meat. I am sure the wings are old and I guess they thought because they added more wings no one would complain. That is so unfortunate as I would have chosen quality of quantity if asked.

The largest chicken tender was undercooked probably due to size compared to the others. Also, I did not receive the 5 tenders. Only 3 with 2 small pieces broken off from the three that made it only look like 5 but was not. Fries were great! The drink was great! Had I received the actual number of tenders and that one tender properly cooked, this order would have been what was expected.

I usually get fresh food no matter the time but this time the fries were hard didn't eat them and I didn't get my Soft Drinks . I know sometimes the service isn't going to be good but I can say this was the second time I was disappointed
