Advice for whoever prepares the food. When ordering extra seasoning on the fries we mean to mix it well not just dump seasoning on top and leave the bottom unseasoned. Asked for well done chicken and fries, chicken was rubbery and fries were soggy. Spent over $20 for inedible food. The order was correct though!

I ordered all flats and this is what I received. I was not given any dipping sauce even though I ordered ranch. The chicken was super hard and some of the leg pieces were to tough to chew. Needless to say I was very disappointed with my food and I paid and extra fee for the flats.

I got the NEW! 3 pc Crispy Tender Combo! IT WAS DELICIOUS. They even gave me an extra Ranch and the mango habanero sauce is so yummy.!

I usually do not complain because I understand that businesses get busy, especially on a Friday evening. But the quality that I am paying for should never be compromised. This is the packaging and extremely overcooked wings I received today, not happy, Wingstop needs to do better!
