My fries were soggy and my chicken was so hard on the outside. Not crispy but rock hard. The only thing that was edible was the Ranch so 10/10 on the ranch but everything else dont recommend.

Fresh, hot and tasted great.
Do wish the fries came in a box instead of a boat because they all wound up in the bottom of the bag.
The wings beat BWW in my opinion.
