I ordered the 3 bone in thighs and 3 classic wings with seasoned fries. Fries were good. That chicken was a hot mess! Dry, overcooked and flavorless. Even the little bit of sauce they put on it didn't have too much flavor. This is my 1st time trying their food and I'm sure Mr. Ross would not approve.

The garlic Parmesan wings in both orders was really dry. I order at your 125th street location and Washington Heights location and it was freshly made. Unfortunately that experience wasn't the same at the Bronx location.

Food was good just wish they stop making the chicken fried hard. Not everyone likes hard chicken. It should be crispy on the outside and well done in the inside.

Great taste but highly disappointing to have received less wings than I ordered. Instead of receiving 15 wings, I only had 10.
