The Fresh Salad Roll (2) 沙律卷 was good in flavor, but the rolls were too big for the rice wrapping, after two bites it just became a salad. They completely fell apart. One was even torn open when I opened the box. The Steam Pork Soup Dumplings (8) 小笼包 are so delicious, as is the Egg Flower Soup 蛋花汤.

pho was pretty good, best beef pho in salem/keizer area- this is the only beef pho I will eat here! the orange chicken flavor was good, but the chicken was very stringy and chewy.

The Sichuan Popcorn Chicken 辣子鸡 was delicious! It did not have a sauce, but was still not dry and delightfully seasoned! The Steam Pork Soup Dumplings (8) 小笼包 were alright, but the sauce was personally a bit too salty on its own. The Chicken Potsticker (6) 锅贴 was brilliant, and the potsticker sauce mixed with the dumpling sauce was perfection. Their Egg Flower Soup 蛋花汤 does have celery in it, which is disappointing as I'm allergic. All in all, 10/10 would eat again
