My favorite kau yuk was a big disappointment. It was just a glob of fat colored red and stuffed in a box. Just as bad as Waimalu chop suey. I think Chinese cooking has gone downhill.
Don't waste your money!

Food was great. Crispy gau gee was not as crispy as we would've liked (air fryer fixed that). All though it was a little pricey, I would say it was worth it. We will order from this place again on the future.
