Im 63 and have eaten bbq all over, from Memphis, Nashville, the Carolina's, Alabama, Georgia and St Louis. I've helped championship bbq'ers and I gotta say, these ribs looked like they were being delivered to a contest judge and it was Doordash delivery! No one can challenge these ribs, NOBODY! I wish I took a pic!!! Their cornbread has no equal guaranteed as well! The bark and cut on the ribs was PERFECT, sauce was spicy but not too spicy! I am spoiled now and your pitmaster has no peers. To be able to cook bbq in a retail establishment like it was being cooked for a BBQ judge is no small task!!

The Pulled Pork Plate was terrible. The pork was very dry and needed sauce. They should provide sauce. Most of the pork went into the trash. The sides were good but that doesn't matter much when the main dish is hard to eat.

Ribs were awesome as always but could have included a thing of BBQ sauce. Beans were delicious, tots were cooked well but overseasoned.

the ribs were extremely well prepared. I would imagine that this is what competition BBQ would be. the flavor is on the milder side but that certainly allows the great smoke taste to shine. the tenderness was spot on. easy to bite thru but doesn't fall apart. the chef is clearly well versed in BBQ. those collars greens are lights out! and the cornbread was a succulent bite too.. overall it was a really great meal.

The chicken was the best thing I’ve eaten in ages. Creamed corn was delicious. And order the cornbread for dessert.
