The ingredients where all there. So that's awesome. However, the pesto was bland, the pizza was soggy and the crust had no integrity. It was somehow overcooked and undercooked all the same time. For 30 bucks for a single pizza I was really hoping for more. Everyone has an off day but that was definitely not a pizza I'd ever order again.

This is the third order from here but the second time I had an issue with this place. I really wanted it to work out because they have food I loved and brought back memories of food my mom made us growing up in NY. First time I had no issue. Second time the hero was so salty and my sausage was undercooked I guess I couldn't even bite through the casing. This time I ordered an eggplant parm hero with a side salad, my eggplant had little to no sauce on it and I didn't get my side salad. I won try again just because they are so expensive .

I typically give a restaurant 2 strikes before moving them into the "NO" category, and unfortunately that's where we arrived with this order. Order was late, and no cheese on the pizza. While I understand I started with a NJ base, I added and paid for extra cheese options, so there should not have been any doubt I wanted cheese--perhaps this is an app issue, but the break in communication needs to be resolved. The salad was small but good, and the anchovies were a great touch.
