Incredible. End of story. I had only had bbq equal to this one time. Tasted different, iwas in Nashville... they smoked it right. Thats a true test for the best bbq. Has to be smoked right. Perfect.

bread was good. meat was undercooked and chewy, akin to leather boots. cobbler was alright. cobbler and bread are why it's 2 stars instead of 0
