Whether I visit in person or order to-go, I cannot say how exquisite the dishes always are. The Horchata latte and regular Horchata are a favorite amongst other drinks. I have recently discovered the Power Bowl and I love how much packed flavor it has.

Food is so flavorful and delicious! The Horchata Matcha is just the perfect balance of spice and smoothness. The Oats (Avena) are buildable on how sweet you want them and the ingredients are fresh. The Chililes & Chicken Milanesaken is one of my favorites, so many savory flavors on nice and crunchy bread! Highly recommend Xaman Cafe

The Orange Juice tasted bitter wasnt the best. The Chorizo Omelet was small for $17. The Flan de Café was amazing 10/10 recommend if you love coffee and flan. As well as the Xaman Horchata it had a little of horchata and coffee flavor.

I had order the molletes with Chorizo before and I liked them but the portion this time was too small for the price. The CROISSANT FRENCH TOAST had too much vanilla that I couldn't even taste the piloncillo. It came with only 1 strawberry and like 5 blueberries.

All the eggs were undercooked - uncooked egg whites. Steak was inediby chewy. Pisole was watery and nearly flavorless even with the small side of 'seasoning' that was included. Egg wash on the CROISSANT FRENCH TOAST wasnt cooked. Xaman Horchata served over ice with coffee mixed in instead of how they picture it. $75+ wasted
