One of my absolute favorite restauants. The [NS1] Spicy Cumin Lamb Hand-Ripped Noodles in Soup is so full of flavor! The [F1] Chang'an Spicy Tofu Custard is melty and delicious - I easnt sure what to expect but it's awesome. Thanks XFF!

If you havent tried N1 or N4, I cant recommend them any higher than "you must go NOW". Anthony Bourdain recommends N1 and even I was wary, but it is insanel great. My husband, a meat and pot kinda guy, loves this place too!
