I ordered 10 drinks, including two of the same item, but only received 2 drinks. This is the second time this has happened.

Did not answer when customer was speaking and ignored customers, made drinks improperly and service was not the best. Also charged more money not in tax for the drinks when they were less than they were supposed to. I paid at least 5 more dollars than I should have. Other costumers were asking for refunds as well. Overall I ended up asking for a refund but they naer came to give me a refund and I eventually did but got less money than I should have.
