I’m not happy with my recent order on DoorDash. The app said I would get free delivery, but that’s not really true.
I ordered from Yas restaurant. The meal was listed as $17.99 on DoorDash, and after fees and tax, I paid $21.06. But when I checked the restaurant’s website, the same meal costs only $15.99.So DoorDash increased the food price, and then said delivery is free — but it’s not really free if I’m paying more for the food. That doesn’t feel honest, and I think customers should know the real prices.
Please be more clear about how your pricing works.

The portion size of the main dish was unbelievably stingy, and the salad leaves were not fresh. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I will not be ordering again.
