Ankimo was super delicious! The Oshinko (pickled veg) was perfect. This is now in my top 3 Japanese restaurants in DFW.

Absolutely LOVE the fresh salmon roll, I typically order the agedashi tofu on the side and dip my sushi into the delicious sauce. My orders always come correctly and Yama is my favorite place to order in from!

Udon Carnonara was disgusting. Tasted and felt like eating bacon grease. Couldn't get past more than a few bites. Wagyu Beef Bun was great. Amazing. Onigiri was also great especially for the price.

The Omu Rice is consistently nicely made and tasty. The Katsu Don had a nice flavor but the rice was a little stodgy. I'll try it again but if the rice has the same texture then it'll be a pass from me. Delivery from Yama is good but can be a little inconsistent.
