I have been dining at Yen Ching for over 30years. The food is of consistently high quality. The hot and sour soup is a crowd pleaser to be sure, but the crab Rangoon and egg rolls are top notch. One of my favorites is their orange chicken. There is real orange used in this dish!

Easily the worst take out Chinese i have had in Richmond. Tasteless. Weird "meat" soy chicken. Hot and sour was watery and also flavorless. Even the egg roll had a funky flavor. The owners and cooks should taste the food at Jiang's to compare how bad their food is to how good Jiangs is!

This used to be a very good Chinese restaurant for over 15 years, whether dining in or carrying out. I don't know what happened, but everything I ordered this last time was tasteless, and I tossed out my leftovers, which I never ever do. It was so bad, I didn't want it a 2nd time. I ordered General Tso Chicken, shrimp fried rice, fried wontons, and shrimp egg rolls! Ho wah is 1000 times more flavorful and delicious. Please change the recipes.

Mmmm yummy dinner! Thank you! The springs rolls nice and crisp, general tso perfectly cooked and seasoned, and velvet chicken was a new one for me- so so good. I ordered all over an hour in advance, and my food arrived exactly as scheduled. My boo will be quite pleased when he arrive on lunch break!

Feeling a little icky so I ordered some comfort food, Hot Tea and A21. Wonton Soup. It felt like a warm hug on the first sip. This is absolutely my favorite place to order from.
