• DoorDash orderThe egg in the Oyako Ju is supposed to be a half-cooked custard-like egg. But it was a well done scramble style instead. The store needs to use a higher quality egg for this dish. The miso soup is lack of rich miso flavor - suggest to use one table spoon red miso plus 2 table spoon white/sweet miso. Add no salt. the soup also didnt contain seaweed or tofu as shown in the picture.
