• DoorDash reviewUnfortunately, my recent experience at Yogis on Chandler & Kyrene was deeply disappointing. The service was poor, and the quality of the food was significantly below par.
I ordered a large rice bowl with spicy chicken. The rice was unacceptably dry and hard, and the chicken was overcooked & fatty. While I understand that everyone has different preferences, I felt it was important to politely share my constructive feedback with the manager/owner (who I believe was the elderly woman I spoke with).
To my surprise, she dismissed my concerns, stating that the rice was "supposed to be" that way. This response was dismissive and lacked any understanding of customer feedback.
Given the consistently high quality of food at the Yogis in Scottsdale location on Shea, this experience in Chandler was particularly disappointing. I will not be returning to this location in the future.
