The frozen yogurt was runny and icy not creamy at all.it. This is not creamy at all it was icy, and runny. No flavor either. It was melted also. We ordered and paid for a pup cup and did not get it. Will never order from here again.

UsualyYogurtini does an AMAZINF job but this time it was completely melted and had literally nothing. Wasnt full at all and I ordered an XL for a reason. Very disappointed.

I ordered some on date night since my wife likes it. Turns out they didn't have some ingredient or something, immediately refunded my wife's and still delivered mine. I don't want this junk. Why wouldn't anyone reach out for a substitute? I never selected "No Substitutes".
