This is my favorite milk tea spot ever! I love all their varieties and the tea is always good! 😌 and their boba is always on spot. I can never get enough of their Bubble Egg Waffles too! I definitely recommend going here for all your milk tea needs 😁

I've gotten the bubble egg waffle a few times, and it was delicious, but I picked one up today and the texture and flavor was really off. It turns into mush when you chew it, and it was lacking flavor with a slightly sour aftertaste. Very disappointed this time.
