The miso ramen was delicious! A heads up for my fellow gluten-free folks, the rice noodles don't behave quite like I expected ramen noodles to, but I'm really glad they have the option. The bowl was so full I had to make some space before I could really coat the noodles in broth, after which everything was fine. The miso broth was very flavorful, and the extras I ordered were well made. The karaage was incredible, easily the best I've had in years! Aside from a couple of the gyoza being slightly crispy, the dumplings were good as well. I especially enjoyed the sauce.

Yokohama ramen always provides excellent service and great quality food! Healthy sized portions and consistently perfect food. They have mastered their craft! It is always fresh and hot by the time it reaches me no matter where I am.

everything was very tasty! the R9 .Tofu Vegetarians Ramen was especially good. the veggie S3. Yaki Gyoza (5 Pcs.) were delicious but seemed a little underfilled. my only actual complaint was the chicken in the R2. Chicken Broth Ramen was overcooked. next time I will just get the veggies and be very happy. if I had only gotten the veggie options I would have given 5 stars.

I will say this is my first review, but as far as a $15 bowl of ramen goes, Yokohama could do much better. I ordered the tonk with pork belly, got one piece. Additionally I ordered the five piece of gyoza, got four. Sell what you advertise, c'mon. Does it make your belly warm? Yes. Does it make your belly $15 warm? Thats up to you. Listen no disrespect, but I was once a cook at a very high end ramen shop in Amherst and if we let what I just ate out the door? Hell. Either way, I love my town and hope the exec chef sees this so they can tighten up their crew, but $15 for a brick of noods and a piece of pork that warms up my belly for five mins and no more, do better, we all can.

R1. Tonkotsu Ramen is good but not the best in the world -- the broth isn't as fatty as one would expect. The noodles are also way thinner than I anticipated, think angel hair but smaller. The S3. Yaki Gyoza (5 Pcs.) was delicious.
