The Jeon was very good and slightly crispy. It had a light heat. The dipping sauce is sesame, soy , gochugaru, and fresh green onion. The pear juice was refreshing. It is a short 8oz can of Asian Pear juice with light pulp.

The Dolsot Bap was pretty boring. Way too much rice, blandest Kimichi imaginable, bulogogi had a good texture. Nothing was spicy incredibly bland. At least tge portion was large. Egg looked undercooked

Yoli is the only real Korean spot in bend you will find traditional Korean dishes. Not Korean inspired or Korean flavored, you get fresh delicious traditional korean food and Joe Kim does not disappoint. As a Korean myself when I crave Korean the only thing that's going to satisfy me is the real stuff so thank you Joe Kim! Also the entire staff is great and the prices are very reasonable. Oh and the cocktails are delicious!

It's Korean style but the ramen is probably the best in town. Creative ban chan too! The bi bim bap stays good for delivery but is less crispy than in person

I ordered the Jeon and Cauliflower mostly because I wanted to try something new and because I love cauliflower, and it had high ratings. both were ok, but nothing I'd rave about. The jeon says it includes vegetables, but not so. It could have a few traces of specks of veggie, but more as a spice, not an ingredient. I liked the flavor and outer crispy/ inner soft texture and the dipping sauce.
The cauliflower had too much of the sauce, so it drowned out the veggie flavor. A few of the chunks were ok, but the amount of light breading and sauce was very inconsistent throughout the dish. So, may be great for some, but I'm not a fan.
