Quality had significantly decreased. They raised prices, lessened quantity and honestly, the taste is pretty bad now. Undercooked or overcooked fries and chicken. It's bad now

the Caramel Tres Leche milk spilled into the bag, so now i just have dry cake with no leches. the fries in my 4 Pieces Chicken with Fries were more crunchy and hard then regular fries, and for this to be a mix 4 piece, they sure love to give breast pieces. 3/4 of my chicken were breasts, which wouldn't be an issue if i specifically asked to have a majority of breast pieces. the Rolls were probably the best part

They literally give a tiny flattened out pieceof meat for the burger. Dont bother getting it! It's like a very skinny pancake!
