Pros: food wqs on point and delicious. I tried their Rainbow Combo Soup Dumpling 彩虹汤包, N7. Ssame Paste Noodles with Minced Pork / 麻醬拌面e, and NEW. N20. Spicy hotpot beef malatang foon noodle soup麻辣烫牛面. Out of this world delicious. Cons: they are generous with the carbs (noodles or rice are about 70% of the bowl) and so this is not a well balanced meal for folks who are sedentary, diabetic, obese, or on a carb-control diet. If you are healthy and active, highly recommend.

As always our food was and is amazing!!! I love the R6. Mar nade duck over rice酱鸭盖饭e and the chicken soup dumplings鸡肉汤包 i alway get the A4. Marinade Duck 1/4 / 醬鴨1/4 to go with the entree because I like the extra duck with the 8. Steamed Rice / 白飯

I ordered the beef noodle soup and it was phenomenal!!!!!! The depth of flavor in the broth is topnotch. I am a professionally trained chef so I tend to be picky. This is awesome.

There needs to an even ratio of meat to noodles. Lots of noodles but very little meat. But overall this dish is yummy! N5. Yibin Spicy Dry Noodles with Minced Pork / 宜賓燃面

Not bad. Not good. Everything seemed freshly prepared and looked like it was going to be delicious. I was expecting punchy, salty, sour, spicy, umami, packed bites. However, everything was just rather bland. The Peppercorn Spicy Soup Dumplings麻辣汤包 tasted fine but lacked any spiciness whatsoever. The Cucumber with Garlic Sauce涼拌黃瓜, again, tasted fine but needed salt, vinegar, soy sauce, chilies, and more garlic to really reach the flavor I was expecting. Same with the Sichuan Beef Noodles Soup / 川味牛肉面, it tasted ok, but lacked the depth of flavor you want from this dish; luckily I had an extra spice packet on hand from the Asian market leftover from making my own sichuan noodle soup a couple months ago. Might try again in person and see if this was just a takeout issue. I really wanted to like this place, the seasoning and spice just needs to be 10x and Yu Noodles could be great.
