by far one of the best sandwiches I have had in dfw and if are good too! Def ordering again

This is what a real sandwich tastes like OMG it took me hours to eat this. Even the fries were to good to be true! My compliments to the chef. I'm already in the process of ordering my next batch. N.Y Chop Cheese Sandwich is bussin and EPIC !! All other competitors eat your heart out !!!

This establishment has exhibited a repeated failure to accurately fulfill its customers’ orders, specifically regarding purchases made via DoorDash. On three separate occasions, I placed an order for two sandwiches and received only one. This is not an isolated mistake but a concerning pattern that suggests a lack of attention to detail or a failure in operational procedures. Just to be clear nothing is wrong with their food.
Such negligence in fulfilling orders constitutes a breach of basic consumer expectations and can reasonably be construed as inadequate service. If the business intends to maintain its reputation and customer base, immediate corrective action is necessary. Management must review its order fulfillment process and ensure proper oversight, whether through employee retraining, improved verification methods, or collaboration with DoorDash representatives. Until this issue is resolved, I strongly advise prospective customers to exercise caution when ordering, as accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
