Pupusas were delicious! I got the bean with cheese and ayote. Great customer service as well listened to all my notes. Horchata is great too, freshly made, none of the powder stuff!

I received two (very delicious) Tamal de Pollo, but I ordered 1 tamal de pollo and one Tamal de elote caliente. I didn't receive the corn tamale, which was a bummer, but nothing too major. The chicken ones are wonderful. My husband enjoyed the pupusa de pollo | chicken pupusa which have always been excellent! Unfortunately I have had bad luck with ordering plantains lately. These were soaking in oil, like no one even bothered to let them drain. The oil had a strong, unpleasant flavor. The container had separate sections, but since the beans and crema were not in separate (small) containers, the excess oil spilled into the beans and crema, impacting the appearance and flavor At least they could have been crispy, but they were soggy, oily, and undercooked. I'm not giving up on finding a place that serves good fried plantains.
