We had soup and sandwiches for lunch. Both my wife and I had the turkey and bacon club and a cup (upsized a touch) of lobster bisque soup. We love the soup. It has so much lobster and such a good flavor. The sandwich was just as wonderful. The bread MADE the sandwich. If they could just be a bit bigger...

Ordered the soup and sandwich - Ok so the picture looks like a decent size sandwich - it's like 3 inches - the soup was ok not great a bit grainy - we got the potato - so for 2 soup cups which I paid 1.50 extra for and mini and I mean mini subs it was 30.00 before fees and tip. I ended up giving my son my sandwich because it was so small - very disappointing to receive your order and see that - I won't be ordering again - better off going to Panera -

TERRIBLE, I wouldn't recommend ordering from this store, they used to be good but this was the worst ive ever seen. My whole order was all wrong/poorly made. It was almost insulting. A grilled cheese that basically wasn't cooked at all. Just unmelted cheese and bread that may have lightly kissed a pan, but I have my doubts. The bread is so dry and hard it will leave your whole entire mouth sore and torn up for eternity. I got some weird Mac n cheese that was worse than school lunch, and honestly a school portion would have been LARGER, I was hoping for the Ladled Lobster. Oh well. What a Jokeeee

Salad was missing cucumbers and missing the French bread that comes with it. Tomato soup was literal marinara sauce, and the Grilled Cheese Dippers were completely unmelted. The salad came with the dressing already on it so by the time it was delivered the whole thing was soggy. Not worth the money imo.

Place is going down hill. Will be my last purchase. Got my sandwich ($13.30) bread rock hard, half the size it's supposed to be, missing the extras I paid for and the ingredients it's supposed to have on it. This has been happening a lot the past few months. Makes me sad. Used to love that place.
