The Tonkotsu Ramen / 豚骨拉面 cha shu wasnt tender and the fat wasnt rendered. This is a pretty salty ramen if you're sensitive to salt content. Overall an ok bowl this go around.
Vegetable Spring Roll / 素春卷 (3 pieces / 3个) were pretty standard frozen & fried. No texture inside.
