I was looking for a new pizza place to try and came across Za Brothers.....I dont think I need to look any further. The cheese bread is amazing and so fresh, the pizza crust is crisp and soft at the same time..you will NOT be disappointed ordering from here!

Quite possibly the best pizza around here. The dough is sourdough, and the natural fermentation gives it a unique flavor that you don't find much around here. The normal crust seems to a thinnish, New York-style pizza, and it's cooked in a wood-- or brick-fired oven to give it a nice char.
We got a Barnyard plus old world pepperoni, a Hawaiian plus mild peppers (their jalapeños were a little too hot for us last time), and cinnamon bread. It was all delicious. The dough was the perfect texture and flavor, and I love that you can load up the crust with several different flavors. We asked for the Barnyard with butter, parmesan cheese, garlic, sesame seed, and poppy seed, and it was so good! I highly recommend this place!

Overall, food is good. Supreme pizza had nice crust, but floppy center. Cheese Bread has STRONG salt taste.

Cheese bread was incredibly good. Pizza was good but not great. Bottom was pretty soft towards the middle and hard to pick up. But the flavor and end crust was delicious. Will try again.
