• DoorDash orderThe Enchiladas Suizas are exquisite! All white meat chicken, a bit tangy, a bit creamy, 100% awesome! The Traditional Fajitas were good cuts of meat and fresh vegetables still sizzling hot. Kids Pluto's Enchilada Plate couldn't have been better.

• DoorDash orderCalifornia burrito is huge. first time getting it absolutely loved it. we definitely got a lot of food all of it was still hot and fresh and tasted great no complaints whatsoever. be prepared for jalapenos are HOT!! they probably could stand to cut them up a little smaller. other than that everything's great

• DoorDash orderI've had mixed experiences with Zapata's, and I'm mostly writing this to remind myself - the only thing I like is their tortillas, they definitely taste like they're made in-house. Tonight I got the Fajita Quesadilla and chips and salsa. The quesadilla made me think their fajitas might be good, flavor was there - lots of veggies - but as a quesadilla, I questioned if there was even any cheese in it. I think they used queso in the quesadilla? It was very wet and wanted to fall open a lot. The salsa was so thin it was like dipping chips in seasoned tomato juice, although I did find one big tomato chunk in there. I had their spinach artichoke dip when I dined in not too long ago and I think it has mainly a cream cheese base. Which some might like but I sort of thought this was normally served differently, not like an actual chip dip. The basic summary is - this place might suit others but it keeps disappointing me.

• DoorDash orderThe char on the steak tasted so horrible even A-1 couldn't drown it out, and the fajitas were skimped. It also took an hour from the time the order was placed to receive the food.

• DoorDash orderI really liked their refried beans and Spanish rice. I would have given this restaurant 5 stars, except the beef Enchiladas a la Carte were very bland and scant of meat. The meat had no seasoning that I could taste or see...just broken up hamburger meat. Also, the consistency of the cheese sauce covering the enchiladas was very thin. It had no substance at all.
