THANK YOU for responding to feedback in the most awesome way. The Quiche Lorraine is THE BEST in Seattle (I've tried them all), I have Zary Bake Quiche Lorraine for breakfast regularly. The crust is buttery, flaky and moist, incredibly yummy. The quiche filling is just the right amount of cheese, bacon, eggs. So savory, creamy but firm. Perfection.

I ordered a varietyof croissants for us to try. Strawberry Mascarpone Croissant, Peach & Lemon Croissant, Pain Suisse Au Chocolate, and an Artichoke Cheese Croissant. They are so mouthwatering, buttery and flaky exactly how they should be. They dont leave that fake oily texture on the roof of your mouth like mass produced croissants. The flavors of the sweet croissants were amazing and the savory tastes of the Artichoke Cheese Croissant which would pair perfectlywith a soup for lunch or a light dinner.
The croissants are also huge btw, so dont plain on a dinky treat.

I love the Quiche Lorraine and order it regularly. But this week, I noticed the size of the quiche seems smaller and shrinking (inflation I guess) but then they sent me BURNT quiche. I contacted the store and showed them the picture of the burnt quiche. They apologized but did not offer to replace or refund.

The pasties themselves were nice. The croissants were light and flaky. I was dissapointed by the packaging and handling of replacement items. I ordered 6 pastries and instead of putting them in a box, they were individually wrapped and placed in a bag. Normally not a big deal, but then in transit they crushed eachother. Additionally, one item I ordered was out of stock and they chose a replacement for me. I would have liked to have been told and given a choice of replacement as the one they chose contained an ingredient I'm allergic to.

The baked goods here are amazing. The Ham & Cheese Croissant and Bacon, Egg and Cheese Croissant were savory and tasty, we just needed to reheat them a little. And the Kentucky Butter Cake was a wonderful treat but not too sweet. The drinks are .. okay. The Mocha mostly tasted like milk. I feel like they have coffee only because they're expected to have it. But this is a patisserie through and through. The baked goods are absolutely what you want.
