The Zensation salad is my wife's favorite salad. Today, when she got her salad, it was so poorly made. It was mostly lettuce, there was 2 pieces of red cabbage, and the Asian coleslaw was about a tablespoon worth. She was so disappointed.

Wish they would have added more sauce to Kickin Chicken Sandwich and more fries since I ordered a Large! The fries were very bland this time, but were seasoned great last few times. Also, Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry were pretty good!

for what Zaxby's cost, especially on DD, there is no excuse for getting tenders so small and hard you can barely eat them, half-orders of fries bc nothing is the correct proportion, missing sauces you have to pay for. Every order, something is wrong. I keep giving chances but it's like Chili's at this point. Just avoid them both.

Chicken is same as usual. We ordered a large fry and got no more than you would with a big Zax snack. So what's the difference between regular and large? Apparently nothing because there was barely enough fries to cover the bottom of the container.
