10/10 chicken fingers were so good and crispy, and the fries were so warm and crunchy, best order ever.

Looks good however chicken and fries are very dry and tough. I feel like these have been sitting under a heat lamp for a very long time. Bread is also dry and hard. Slaw is good though. I won't order from here any more.

The food was great, still hot when delivered and you can tell it was cooked fresh. Would have given 5 stars, but they didn't put the Zaxbys sauce in that I ordered, and it's my favorite sauce, so I was kind of bummed about that. Otherwise, everything was perfect and tasted delicious, especially after being stuck in the hospital for the past week and having to eat gross hospital food.Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce were AMAZING!

Fries were burnt, Chicken was cold, I was disappointed in Zaxby. I ordered 10 pieces on bbq traditional wings, they were hard and cold , the large fries was burnt

The fries were mealy and under fried. I expect fries to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There was something grainy in the sauce which was unpleasant
