The fries are always old, and I always order a large but they dont ever put extra fries in my box. I like zaxbys as a whole but I feel there needs to be improvement.. im paying extra and never get it.Other than that the chicken is great. Im jus sad about my fries lol

The chicken is a little over fried. Not as tender as it should be. Fries are fantastic. And eliminate is good

the tenders were fried very hard, I didn't get the extra toast to replace the Cole slaw. I have photos.
