The Big Zax Snak® Meal is alwats my favorite. The chicken tenders are always tender and juicy and the fries are always warm and properly seasoned. The Chocolate Chip Cookies were warm and just perfect, nice and crunchy rim with a gooey middle.

Two of the four chicken fingers that I got weren't even completely cooked, the breading was raw. The fries were so dark brown and full of grease it was like they had cooked them more than one time. Coleslaw was old turning and had absolutely no juice at all it was so dry. They didn't get the drink right either when someone orders sweet tea they don't want unsweet..

This is what you get when you order extra fries instead of cole slaw. I've eaten zaxby's for years and have never seen the fries look so skimpy in my life. This is pitiful.
