The chicken was very juicy, the fries were seasoned amazingly. It was very good, I had the Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz with extra fries.

This is how our dinner showed up, coleslaw everywhere. The soda was wrong. The Teriyaki was 1/4 full. shame was a good place couple years ago. Not for $40.00

Zaxby's hot is great, and even if it gets cold the quality of this store is so toptier, so even the cold is good.

I would have normally give 5 stars cuz you're the ONLY store that has a grilled Grilled Chicken Sandwich it seems and it's good every time. However, this time no one bothered to double check the order so we got two of the spicy crispy sandwiches. Thankfully my husband ate his with no complaints and even said he liked the spicy sauce on it but I ended up eating everything except the chicken patty. I wanted grilled because I don't like the breading on the chicken, it makes it taste dry to me and it's basically a mouthful of bread with little chicken. Anyways, had it been the right sandwich, this would've been a much higher rating but🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

Food was cold,portion size for fries(Large) was same amount expected for a kids meal. And didnt have extra seasoning and drink had a hole in bottom of it.
