I was left with 2 chicken tenders instead of my 4 I am very disappointed and the food was cold,and the fries taste dull and fake

Fried White Cheddar Bites were "old, cold, and hardened"; as if been out all day and warmed over many times or under hot light a long period of time.
Southern Fried Shrimp were outstanding.
Fries were old, bland/no spices added.
