I desperately wish that you all would put the hot bread on the side and not on top of the cold lettuce. The food is fantastic, but if you don't immediately pull that bread off when your food arrives, the salad gets warm very quickly.

Ordered 6 piece chicken plate... chicken was as big as my index finger. Ordered large fries. But got six fries! This is like the third time that this has happened. Always something missing and they skimp on the food compared to a couple of years ago!!

I neve have an issue with zaxbys until yesterday! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwitch meal and a crispy chicken sandwhich meal instead got 2 grilled chicken sadwhich meal! One was drenched in Zax sauce that the bun was so soggy it fell apart and had no lettuce the other sandwhich had lettuce and so much mayo it was sick! But we ate it because we had been super busy all day and just wanted food and sleep! I feel we got somebody else's order.
