Barely put any sauce on my wings and the chicken tenders were small, except for one, one of them literally had no chicken in it, and my fries were barely seasoned. The worst zaxbys experience I've had.

Usually I love Zaxby's and I've been getting them a lot for the last few weeks, but i ordered it this time and there were barely any fries in the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries I got, some people might like that but I didn't since it wasn't how I've gotten it every other time, the cheese also wasn't melted. That kinda threw off the whole meal, the Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce are really good every time and so is the Frozen Strawberry Lemonade.

I've heard so much about the amazing chicken at Zaxby's so it was sad that this first time experience was so disappointing. The fries were cold and undercooked, the toast tasted fine, but because it was basically being steamed in the package, it was soggy. The chicken was fried properly, but didn't really taste like anything. The Zaxby's sauce didn't have a lot of flavor. I can think of a lot of other sauces that are better. Honestly, the best part of the whole meal was the half tea, half lemonade drink. If there are other chicken restaurants that you like, I would stick to those.

My order not only took to long it was a total mess with the coleslaw all over my fries. The Chicken were all small and had been sitting for a while.

The chicken in all 3 of our meals was extremely small. We haven't had Zaxby's in a bit and the portions aren't usually this pathetic. In the 3 Nibblerz® Sandwich the piece of chicken only covered half the little bread for the "sandwhich". Hopefully this was an off day and not the new normal. Fries were delicious and a good portion.
