chicken was really good. French fries were cold in the middle a couple were still frozen. Cole slaw was warm not cold like it should be

I ordered a 5 piece tender plate dipped in tongue torch.. they gave me teriyaki. Paying $53 just to get a wrong item is messed up.. they played with my money and food.
