First taco didnt even have a piece of chicken only one piece of bacon and a little lettuce (took picture). Ordered a second one and it's a tiny piece of chicken. I love zaxbies but im very disappointed this time.

Food is exactly what I wanted. Looks good and was still hot. Everything is packaged with care and is sealed to prevent tampering.
Bread should be toasted a li longer on the delivery orders since the steam in the takeout box makes it a little soggy. Still good

Extremely disappointed in the Chipotle Ranch 3 Chicken Finger Tacos with Drink Lacking in flavor and not appealing at all. The grilled The Cobb Zalad® - Grilled salad looked like it was on a diet.
This is not the same quality you get if you order at the restaurant.

The Zensation Zalad was very good! I added hard boiled eggs and they were in there. The Fried Pickles were warm and the strawberry Frozen Strawberry Lemonade really hit the spot. I am down with the flu so this meal really made me feel better and im grateful for the delivery!

I have to order 6 fingers to hopefully get 3 or 4 decent ones. It's getting worse and worse. I've started videoing the product to send to friends and family. It's a joke at this point. The last order I had two of what I would call "good Zaxby's fingers", the others are shorter than the sauce or so heavily battered and over cooked that there's little if any chicken remaining.
I believe Zaxby's has a great product and love the company story but the execution in the stores for delivery is terrible. My comparison is Chic Fil A. In is irrelevant whether delivered, pick up ir in store, no product leaves their building if it does not meet the standards upon which the product was imagined by its founders.
Zaxby's will eventually be just another restaurant go away if this continues to be.
