fries are not cooked all the way. They gave a very little amount of the fries as well. the nibbler bread was as hard as hockey pucks

Delicious salad as always except this time it was a little on the skimpy side and for over $12 per salad I expect it to be filled yo the top of the container. The ingredient portions should be larger for the price but other than that I would've given 5 stars

Grilled chicken was scarce in the salads. The House Zalad® - Grilled .Not enough ranch. Was only given one fork for 2 meals. Both needed a fork. Kids loved their grilled cheese. Kiddie Cheese®

I had maybe about 8 or 9 FF, they were cold. I had 3 tiny pieces of chicken for fingers and the toast on my plate and basket was drenched in oil and not able to eat.

Zaxby's is an amazingly mid restaurant. The food is amazing at times, and sometimes it's absolutely horrible. Sometimes, my Fried White Cheddar Bites container is barely even filled with less than a handful. Usually, when I get a Zaxby's® Signature Sandwich, it comes with fries, but sometimes, I don't even get any fries. One time, I even got an entirely different sandwich than the one I order. Sometimes, my order is amazing and perfect. The fries are nice and crispy, the cheddar bites are filled to the brim, and the food is hot. Not to mention, when the food is made properly, it's a nice satisfying taste. If you want to take a gamble with your money, knock yourself out.
