Ordered a large meal and received a medium and my food was cold although that might've been the dashers fault. also got a piece of toast and the way they packaged it left it completely soggy since the bag was wet.

The Zaxby's® Signature Sandwich had a tea spoon amount of sauce literally it was really dry, I wanted to say that the fries were good which they were but I kid you not only 2 of my fries had seasoning the rest were very bland and on to top it off i had very little fries it was more box than fries!!

My boneless " wings" were like the size of my pinky finger. I paid over 11 dollars for a wing meal & that was smaller than popcorn chicken.

Salad was horrible. It was mostly lettuce and barely had any of the other toppings that usually come on it. I usually don't have a problem with how their salads are made, but this was terrible! Especially if I'm gonna pay as much as I did for it.

I was highly disappointed with the quality of the food we ordered. No idea whats going on with Zaxbys these days but the food has become borderline disgusting. Each one of our salads came with MAYBE half a cold chicken finger on top, old lettuce, and small amounts of the other toppings. The chicken itself tasted old, and had barely any meat. Wont be eating here again if all we are paying for is half a chicken finger and wilted lettuce
