Ordered this for the first time and was petty disappointed, the chicken was really the only decent thing about the entire meal. The fried pickles was wayyy too overcooked and the oil was older than the pope himself. I usually don't trip about price but for the pickles damn near $8 for what I was given is abysmal. The fries tasted exactly like Rasing Caines fries which isnt too bad only if you don't care for seasoning because these had none. Overall pretty terrible

Got the 4 Sauced Finger Plate. Ive had Zaxby's before in Tennessee, and it was really good. The one here by Austin is.. ok, in comparison. The flavor was good but the sizes other than the drink were pretty small. Also was just warm when I got it, but that's more to be expected when you use an app instead of getting it yourself.

First time trying Zaxby's and it'll probably be my last. Terrible. Fried pickles we're so burnt I couldn't eat them. Tenders were okay but not crispy and a little salty. The zaxby's sauce actually made it worse. Fries were soggy and not crispy at all. Overall just a terrible experience.

Ordered extra sauce and didn't receive it. Got ranch instead of the other sauce we ordered. Spicy chicken sandwich also kind of mushy by the time it got to us. Fries not crispy. Chicken was good. Boneless wings not worth the price, portion is tiny.
