no extra seasoning on fries, no large fry received, tenders are small. wings are dry. not worth $20 including the extras i paid for. I would drive from charlotte to this location bc the food was always fresh and made correctly. has definitely fallen off my top zaxby restaurant

Everything was correct and hot, which is more than I can say about other fast food locations in the huntersville area! Very good food, especially their chicken fingers! Will be using them more when craving from now on!

The fries were undercooked and the boneless wings were cold and a little tough like they had been sitting out for a few hours. We got 1 really nice sized chicken finger and 2 ver small (size of a pinkie) chicken fingers.
Everything was packaged nicely, but the quality issues made this not worth what we paid.

Fried Chicken Philly Meal was trash. Barely any chicken, way too many peppers, sauce and bread were subpar.

It was too salty. Not even flavorful. Sauces were weak. Zax sauce is mayo-ketchup with old bay or seasoned salt. Honey mustard was not a good blend.
Best thing was the Texas Toast. My daughter said the milkshake was good. But I did not enjoy the food. Should have ordered Bojangles.
