The salad was good. The chicken fingers were very small only about the size of the chicken nuggets we've had in the past. The SAD part I paid for 4 extra Zax sauces in addition to the one that was supposed to come with the meal. We received zero Zax sauces. They were no sauces.

Worst grilled cheese ever. The crust of the bread was hard like it sat out all day. Was not buttered like normal. The white if the bread was chewy. The fries were drowning in seasoning. The drinks were fresh and fizzy.

well few things went wrong after I drove 22 minutes from home. I ordered my meal with a large sweet tea and I received a large unsweetened tea and it was nasty. second I ordered the new Fried Chicken Philly cheese and only a small pinch of peppers and onions and cheese was at one end and my fries were not seasoned and cold. the picture is in the comments. again all I asked is that the meal look like the picture. this was totally unacceptable

Funnel cake was stale and inedible. It was like trying to bite into plastic. Couldn't even eat it.
Fries were underseasoned. Store was also out of Zax sauce and I had to sub ranch and the ranch was nasty lol.
Bout the only thing that was decent was the toast.

I wish Zaxbys still had the Caesar base, I like the idea of the Southwest Zalad® - Fried , the roasted corn and like frito strips give it some flavor and color but it's the purple cabbage and carrot base that ruins it , also I wish you could add extra chicken to it
